As you approach the home you'll be drawn in by its grand black and white exterior. The large front deck overlooks all the beauty the desert and river have to offer along with the charming fire bowl where you can sit and enjoy it all!

Step through the front door to take in the Boho Modern Farmhouse vibes. Head up the steps to find a large open living room complete with floor to ceiling windows looking out toward the beautiful wildlife sanctuary and Columbia river.

Beyond the cozy living room you will find a
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN:
-Beautiful white Cafe appliances including a coffee pot and Keurig
-Chic microwave drawer
-You'll will find all the comforts of home with fully stocked caraway pots, pans and bakeware

  -The large window looks over the magnificent views - Just beyond the bed you will open a sliding farmhouse door that will lead right onto the heated floors of the large bathroom
  -Double sinks and lots of counter space makes for the perfect place to get ready
• Dual shower heads along with floor to ceiling modern white tile
  -Large walk in closet is the perfect space to unpack

ADU
Just when you thought that was it, step outside where you will find a ground level front door. This door will lead you to a step free private one bedroom apartment. This space features more of a coastal vibe, featuring a cozy living room with queen sleeper sofa along with king sized bedroom. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Just beyond the kitchen you will find the private bathroom which features a walk in shower with beautiful brass hardware and beautiful blue vanity. Just outside the ADU you will find a small bistro set perfect for sitting and having coffee while taking In the view of vantage bay.
